What is your return policy?
Since they are handmade, and each size is custom to the customer, all sales are final.
Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 5 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
But, if you receive broken jewelry or the wrong size/product, email me within 5 business days of receiving the goods and I will arrange for a replacement. When emailing please supply your order number and full name.
*If you ordered the wrong size, YOU will be responsible for shipping costs both ways of returning ($8) & a remaking fee of approximately $4 per item.
How to track my package?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.
Please contact USPS for updates regarding the status of your shipment. At that point it is out of my control, I only have access to the tracking number which is also provided to you.Â
Can I make a custom order?
Yes! If you have an idea/design feel free to email or direct message me on Instagram for custom orders. I would be happy to help bring your design to life. Please allow 1-2 days to receive a response.
